Manage and support the company's online presence by creating, editing, and posting engaging social media content. Assist with website updates, produce reels and visual content, respond to customer inquiries, and support marketing campaigns for appliances and furniture promotions.

Contact customers to collect overdue payments, explain repayment options, negotiate terms, and pursue further collection actions when agreements cannot be reached.

Support HR with recruitment, applicant screening and initial interviews, prepare and maintain employee files, handle clerical tasks (scanning, printing, IDs), respond to applicant inquiries, track applicant tallies, assist with office organization and recruitment materials.

Support POS installation, hardware configuration, product/inventory encoding, and transaction testing. Maintain Shopify site content, monitor analytics, assist SEO and marketing tasks, and produce basic reports and inventory spreadsheets under guidance.

Support factory operations by monitoring daily production and workflows, coordinating schedules, maintaining operational reports and inventory records, assisting quality control, identifying process improvements, and performing administrative tasks under supervisor guidance.

Operate industrial sewing machines to cut, stitch, and assemble fabric and upholstery components; interpret patterns, inspect materials and seams for zero-defect quality, perform basic machine maintenance, and collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and minimize waste.

Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, recommending products, generating leads, closing sales, resolving complaints, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding high store visual standards to meet sales goals.

Lead integrated marketing initiatives and manage procurement, vendor relations, and bid processes. Ensure brand alignment, compliance, logistics, quality control, and performance analysis to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.
