🔍 Key Responsibilities

💻 Marketing Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns designed to build brand alignment and attract institutional clients including but not limited to lead generation and market intelligence.

📂 Procurement & Bidding Support: Assist in compiling documentation, tracking requirements, and preparing compliant proposals for corporate and government tenders (PhilGEPS).

🤝 Vendor & Partner Relations: Help manage communications with suppliers and vendors to support cost-effective execution and competitive bid pricing.

📊 Logistics & Quality Control: Provide operational support in coordinating logistics and monitoring quality control to ensure contract fulfillment capabilities.

Performance Analysis: Assist the team in tracking proposal timelines, monitoring bid outcomes, and analyzing data to drive strategic growth and profitability.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Office Administration, or any related business or corporate operations course.

🛠️ Technical Skills: Strong research skills, familiarity with corporate business writing, and proficiency in digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
