Build, assemble, and reinforce wooden or metal furniture frames by reading blueprints, cutting materials, securing joints, and installing webbing, springs, and basic padding. Maintain safe, organized workstations, operate pneumatic and power tools, collaborate with sewing/upholstery teams, and meet zero-defect and production-schedule targets.

Contact customers to collect overdue payments, explain repayment options, negotiate terms, and pursue further collection actions when agreements cannot be reached.

Support HR with recruitment, applicant screening and initial interviews, prepare and maintain employee files, handle clerical tasks (scanning, printing, IDs), respond to applicant inquiries, track applicant tallies, assist with office organization and recruitment materials.
