🔍 Key Responsibilities

💻 IT Support & Help Desk: Assist in providing first-line technical support to internal staff for hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.

📂 Systems & Network Maintenance: Assist in monitoring local network infrastructure, checking server health, and documenting IT asset inventories and user account permissions.

⚙️ Hardware/Software Deployment: Help configure, image, and deploy new laptops, workstations, and corporate software applications for onboarding employees.

🛡️ Cybersecurity Monitoring: Aid the team in tracking security logs, identifying potential system vulnerabilities, and promoting digital safety practices across departments.

📊 Performance & Tech Analysis: Assist the team in tracking IT ticket timelines, analyzing system performance data, and researching new software tools to drive operational productivity.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or any related computing and technology course.

🛠️ Technical Skills: Basic understanding of OS environments (Windows/macOS), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and proficiency in cloud productivity tools (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
