🔍 Key Responsibilities💻 Recruitment Support: Post hiring announcements across social channels, screen resumes, administer candidate examinations, conduct initial interviews, and systematically track applicant data through daily tallies.
📂 Employee Records & Documentation: Lead the creation and structuring of 201 files for new hires, organize intern files, edit Certificates of Completion (COC), and manage digital scanning, printing, and photocopying of confidential HR records.
🤝 Administrative Support: Answer and route incoming inquiries, produce company IDs and name plates, manage HR inventory and supply requests, and securely archive or shred outdated documentation.
🎨 General Office Support: Assist in drafting intern job descriptions, collaborate on creating visual assets or posters for recruitment, and maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the HR workspace.
🎓 Qualifications🎓 Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course.
🛠️ Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with basic graphic design (e.g., Canva for recruitment posters), professional business communication, and proficiency in digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
