Supports the CEO and senior leadership through strategic planning, action tracking, data analysis, executive reporting, board and donor meeting coordination, presentation development, documentation, and confidential stakeholder communications. The role manages calendars, prepares agendas and briefing materials, tracks strategic initiatives and KPIs, develops dashboards and executive summaries, and supports organizational reports and proposals.

The CSR Manager will identify and secure corporate fundraising opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, develop customized proposals, and cultivate long-term CSR relationships. Responsibilities include partnership negotiations, renewals, internal coordination, impact reporting, partner engagement, and maintaining fundraising MIS and pipeline reports. Success is measured by funds mobilized, new partnerships, proposal conversions, renewals, partnership growth, and quality of partner engagement.

Supports fundraising and donor management analytics during a six-month internship. Maintains donor and campaign databases, cleans and validates data, builds Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports, analyzes donor and campaign trends, and presents actionable findings to leadership. The intern also documents datasets and reporting tools and delivers a comprehensive final analysis report with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities include researching outreach opportunities, engaging participants and partners, managing registrations and donor data, assisting with donation pages, coordinating event logistics, liaising with vendors and volunteers, creating communications and reports, and providing on-site race support.

Leads end-to-end fundraising and community engagement events, including planning, budgeting, logistics, participant engagement, sponsorships, vendor coordination, communications collaboration, and post-event reporting. Manages stakeholders, fundraising targets, partnerships, risks, databases, and event performance analysis across major sporting events. Extensive travel and flexible hours during event periods are required.

Supports fundraising and awareness campaigns for major sporting events through campaign planning, participant outreach, community engagement, fundraising assistance, event logistics, content creation, database management, and performance reporting. The intern communicates with participants, donors, volunteers, vendors, and partners; manages registrations and campaign records; develops digital communications; and provides on-site event support.

Develops corporate fundraising and business development strategies, identifies and cultivates corporate donors, and manages donor acquisition through closure. The role ensures alignment with national goals, donor requirements, service standards, and program evaluation efforts while expanding access to cancer care and family support.

Leads statewide delivery of a childhood cancer outreach program, overseeing implementation, government and hospital partnerships, team management, budgets, reporting, monitoring, service quality, and resource mobilization. The role coordinates patient support operations, maintains Salesforce or similar MIS dashboards, supports evaluations, ensures MoU compliance, and develops partnerships with donors, CSR organizations, communities, and healthcare institutions.

Lead educational operations, supervise classrooms and teachers, oversee curriculum and personalized education plans, monitor student progress, coordinate therapeutic and extracurricular programs, support student welfare, mentor educators, engage families and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with educational policies and child development standards.

Leads end-to-end National Outreach Program delivery across Tamil Nadu, including annual planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, partner MoU compliance, government and hospital engagement, team management, reporting, and expansion of services for children with cancer and their families. The role serves as the state-level liaison among CanKids, government stakeholders, hospitals, NGOs, and CSR partners, with travel required for program oversight.

Leads CanKids’ communication, education, public awareness, and advocacy strategy. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, content, media relations, digital engagement, stakeholder partnerships, internal communications, brand reputation, crisis communications, team leadership, budgets, and educational outreach related to pediatric cancer advocacy.

Manages donor fund accounting, grant records, utilization reports, reconciliations, budgets, and financial reporting. Supports internal and external donor audits, coordinates with project teams to verify financial data, and ensures compliance with donor agreements, statutory requirements, tax obligations, and organizational policies. Performs donor, vendor, bank, and ledger reconciliations while maintaining accurate and timely financial documentation.

Lead state-level program planning, implementation, budgeting, stakeholder and government relations, team supervision, monitoring, reporting, evaluation, fundraising, and service quality. Coordinate with hospitals, government departments, donors, corporate partners, and headquarters to deliver patient support, treatment logistics, welfare services, and program objectives. Maintain MIS dashboards, oversee operational standards, and submit narrative and financial reports.
