CanKids is seeking two dynamic Campaign Interns to drive the planning and implementation of fundraising and awareness initiatives tied to prominent events like the Tata Mumbai Marathon, Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, and Cycle for Gold. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate on the design and rollout of fundraising strategies, manage activity schedules, and conduct research to identify new outreach avenues such as running clubs, cycling groups, and corporate partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively contact potential participants, manage registration processes, and maintain consistent communication via phone, messaging apps, and email to foster a vibrant community around CanKids' events.
- Fundraising Assistance: Guide participants in launching and promoting their donation pages, monitor contribution pledges, maintain donor databases, and research new funding opportunities.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate pre-event preparations including kit distribution and registration, liaise with vendors and volunteers, and provide direct on-ground support during major races to manage branding and participant interactions.
- Content Creation: Draft communications for various channels, gather visual assets and personal stories, and assist in creating presentation materials and campaign reports.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of participants and donors in spreadsheets, track outreach metrics, and generate periodic progress reports.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with the confidence to engage with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational capabilities, time management skills, and a knack for following up on tasks.
- Comfort with digital communication platforms including WhatsApp, email, and social media for outreach purposes.
- A proactive attitude with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in on-ground activities.
- A genuine interest in sports, social impact, marketing, or the non-profit sector.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or Social Sciences.
- Previous internship or project experience in event coordination, fundraising, or community engagement is highly desirable.
