Supervise the day-to-day operation of a residential Home Away from Home facility for families of children receiving cancer treatment. Responsibilities include family admissions and discharges, policy orientation, discipline and security monitoring, cleanliness, laundry coordination, administrative recordkeeping, kit and deposit management, rent and donation collection, petty cash, reporting, and inventory management. The role requires continuous onsite coverage, including overnight stays, with limited weekday leave.

Manages donor relationships, fundraising, resource mobilization, and institutional partnerships across the Uttar Pradesh region. Oversees Home Away from Home operations, staffing, documentation, family support, procurement, reporting, audits, and policy improvements. Coordinates pediatric psycho-oncology programs, regional teams, healthcare stakeholders, NGOs, government officials, and donors while organizing fundraising events and awareness campaigns.

The CSR Manager will identify and secure corporate fundraising opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, develop customized proposals, and cultivate long-term CSR relationships. Responsibilities include partnership negotiations, renewals, internal coordination, impact reporting, partner engagement, and maintaining fundraising MIS and pipeline reports. Success is measured by funds mobilized, new partnerships, proposal conversions, renewals, partnership growth, and quality of partner engagement.
