- Maintain knowledge of corporate CSR policies and annual reports.
- Benchmark against sector best practices.
- Maintain accurate donor information in the CRM.
- Update pipeline status, donor interactions, and fundraising forecasts.
- Generate monthly fundraising reports and dashboards.
