The organization seeks a dynamic professional to serve as the Executive Assistant within the Planning & Governance department. This pivotal role is instrumental in empowering the CEO office and senior leadership through data-driven strategic planning, seamless coordination, and comprehensive analytical reporting. The successful candidate will act as a central hub for high-level communications, ensuring the effective tracking of strategic initiatives and facilitating informed decision-making across the national non-profit dedicated to pediatric cancer care.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation and maintenance of Action Tracker Reports (ATRs) for major projects, monitor progress against strategic goals, and facilitate timely cross-departmental follow-ups.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Design sophisticated analytical dashboards and executive summaries, derive actionable insights from cross-functional data, and establish robust templates for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.
- Governance & Meeting Coordination: Manage the end-to-end logistics for internal and external engagements, including board meetings and donor reviews; prepare agendas and briefing materials, draft Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and ensure the implementation of agreed-upon action items, calendar management
- Presentation & Documentation: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and formal documents for external stakeholders such as donors and government officials; assist in authoring organizational reports, policy papers, and strategic proposals while ensuring brand consistency.
- Executive Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and diverse internal and external partners, managing sensitive communications with the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:
- Education & Background: Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Communications, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordinator, analytics, or executive support capacity, with a strong preference for those who have supported C-suite leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibit advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and possess strong capabilities in data analysis, performance tracking, and the creation of visually compelling presentations.
- Sector Knowledge: Prior experience within the non-profit or healthcare sectors is highly valued, along with familiarity with governance frameworks, monitoring and evaluation, or strategic planning processes.
- Core Competencies: Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, coupled with unwavering integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Personal Attributes: Maintain a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
Skills Required
