Lead sustaining engineering for Pinnacle lighting products: implement ECNs, draft and build prototypes, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, create 3D detailed drawings, maintain ECR/ECN/VAVE systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with vendors, and drive cost and reliability improvements.

Create dimensioned 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD, produce parts lists and catalog illustrations, support ERP/BOM tasks, assist production/prototyping, provide drafting support for custom solutions and compliance listings, and interact with customers. Travel up to 10%.
