Lead plant financial and commercial controlling for the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, costing, profitability and ROI assessments, CapEx analysis, inventory control, credit management, MIS reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Responsible for overseeing the financial and commercial controlling activities of the ADLEC manufacturing plant, ensuring cost optimization, profitability, and effective financial planning.
Responsibilities- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and analyse variances.
- Evaluate commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
- Perform profitability analysis and cost-benefit analysis for business decisions.
- Validate new product introductions and productivity projects through ROI and payback analysis.
- Analyse CapEx proposals for profitability and payback.
- Track and optimise manufacturing costs, including material, labour, and overheads.
- Ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis.
- Analyse labour and machine hourly rates.
- Monitor direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and inventory controls.
- Identify and reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
- Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Oversee customer balance confirmations and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and accounting
- Qualified CMA / ICWA (Mandatory).
Experience
- Experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Good understanding of manufacturing finance and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and drive resolutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
Skills Required
- Qualified CMA / ICWA
