Guides Python services and AI-assisted workflows, oversees scalability and capacity planning, and facilitates technical reviews across engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and delivery teams. The role provides technical leadership and mentoring without primarily building individual bots.

Processes charges, payments, accounts receivable follow-ups, denials, and patient statements while meeting production, accuracy, SLA, and compliance targets. The role requires confidentiality when handling patient and financial data and adherence to PMS workflows, HIPAA, ISMS, QMS, SOPs, and client requirements.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA bots and workflows. Analyze business processes, document automation requirements, optimize workflows, manage bots through UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot exceptions, and collaborate with IT, operations, quality assurance, and business stakeholders. Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, data privacy, version control, and documentation standards.

Handles inbound and outbound patient calls, billing and payment-related concerns, internal and client tickets, and daily voicemails. Creates or supports payment arrangements, answers patient inquiries, routes issues to appropriate teams, and maintains productivity targets. Requires strong communication, accurate typing, healthcare calling experience, familiarity with accounts receivable, and flexibility for night shifts supporting U.S. time zones.

Oversees healthcare revenue cycle activities including charge and payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, reconciliations, audits, and reporting. Serves as a Cardiology revenue cycle subject matter expert, resolves complex escalations, performs root cause analysis, ensures regulatory and client compliance, mentors specialists, supports onboarding, and identifies process improvements and automation opportunities.

Investigates and resolves claim rejections and denials, follows up with payers, reduces aging accounts receivable, submits secondary claims, analyzes denial trends, and maintains billing accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role tracks inventories, handles tickets, prepares AR clarifications and reports, updates scorecards, and communicates status and issues to team leaders and managers.

Leads credentialing and enrollment operations, ensuring providers are licensed, certified, and enrolled with insurance payers. Responsibilities include submitting and tracking applications, maintaining credentialing records and databases, resolving deficiencies, communicating with payers and clients, monitoring regulatory compliance, managing work orders, auditing staff work, and mentoring team members. Requires medical billing experience, strong communication and typing skills, confidentiality, and reliable attendance.

Performs revenue cycle management activities including charge and payment posting, accounts receivable follow-ups, patient statement processing, error correction, and audit support. Meets daily production, accuracy, and SLA targets while maintaining HIPAA, ISMS, and QMS compliance.
