Job Purpose and Position Overview:
The Senior Executive – Production is responsible for delivering production excellence across revenue cycle management (RCM) processes including charge posting, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups, and patient statements. This role ensures 100% production delivery with ≥ 99% accuracy, SLA adherence of ≥ 98%, and strict compliance with organizational and client requirements.
As an experienced team member, the Senior Executive also supports knowledge sharing, process improvements, and training initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the BR IM Service Delivery team and helping achieve departmental KPIs.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Achieve 100% daily production targets across assigned processes (charges, payments, AR follow-ups, patient statements).
Maintain ≥ 99% quality accuracy with minimal errors and rework.
Consistently achieve SLA adherence of ≥ 98% for client deliverables.
Process and reconcile charges, payments, and AR activities within defined timelines.
Work on AR tasks (follow-ups, denials, no response) and escalate unresolved issues as required.
Ensure patient statements are processed, verified, and uploaded as per SLA.
Adhere to PMS workflows (Ecw, Athena and EMDS) and organizational SOPs.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ISMS, and QMS standards.
Participate in error correction and resubmission activities to reduce rework.
Track personal KPIs and report daily deviations to Team Lead.
Support automation and process improvement by identifying manual gaps.
General Responsibilities:
Handle patient and financial data with the highest level of confidentiality.
Deliver consistent, accurate, and timely outputs aligned with organizational and client standards.
Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve efficiency.
Continuously improve personal productivity and technical skillsets.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on process changes.
Uphold compliance and quality standards at all times
Daily Routine:
Process charges, payments, AR follow-ups, and patient statements.
Ensure 100% task completion with ≥ 99% accuracy.
Correct errors and complete rework within SLA.
Update trackers/KPIs and share End-of-Day (EOD) status.
Weekly Routine:
Participate in team huddles and provide progress updates.
Review productivity and quality trends with Team Lead.
Close AR clarifications and charge clarifications within SLA
Monthly Routine:
Contribute monthly performance reviews by sharing personal KPI data.
Attend refresher training sessions on quality and complianc
