Oversee benefits coordination and insurance eligibility verification processes, ensuring timely completion, productivity, and service-level targets. Provide team guidance, respond to client queries, complete assigned BR Connect tickets, cover resource gaps, share knowledge, report daily status, update KPIs, and review verification-related denials and rejections.

Posts electronic and manual healthcare payments, ERAs, and scan files within required turnaround times. Reconciles payments, write-offs, clearing-house records, and payer information while resolving discrepancies. Processes patient payments, updates Medicare details, tracks KPIs, responds to tickets, sends client confirmations, and supports daily, weekly, and month-end payment operations. Requires accurate EOB and ERA handling, practice management system proficiency, and strong communication skills.
