Draft and prosecute US and EP patent applications independently, prepare patent specifications and drawings, and apply analytical decision-making skills. The role requires strong written and spoken English, patent drafting expertise, and an engineering degree in electrical, electronics and communication, or computer science. Experience with Visio, CorelDRAW, or patent illustration tools is expected. Relevant AR/VR, AI/ML, image processing, blockchain, or IoT expertise is advantageous.

Manages patent project lifecycles, including client feedback, filing coordination, invoicing, vendor and portfolio management, escalation handling, and team coordination. Advises clients and inventors on intellectual property strategy, invention disclosures, patent scope, and filing strategies. Drafts invention reports, patent applications, and office actions for UK, European, and PCT matters; performs quality assurance, data management, reporting, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination.

Manage intellectual property docketing, records, correspondence, prosecution deadlines, and quality checks for patent and trademark portfolios. Generate docket reports, review PTO communications and bibliographic data, maintain IPMS documentation, follow up with stakeholders, assist attorneys with reporting, and support administrative and process improvement activities.
