Creates technical drawings for patent-related projects using AutoCAD and Pro-E. Assists with patent data handling and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel and AI search tools. Collaborates with analysts to visualize technical concepts and understand disclosures, while communicating with internal teams to coordinate projects.

Manage patent prosecution across EPO, USPTO, and IPO jurisdictions. Analyze examination reports and prior art, draft Office Action responses, develop prosecution strategies, address patentability objections, coordinate with inventors and external associates, manage deadlines and multiple cases, advise clients on claim scope, and monitor changes in patent laws and examination guidelines.

Assist with drafting and reviewing patent applications for US and EP jurisdictions under senior guidance. Research technical disclosures, document innovations, and prepare clear, accurate, legally compliant patent specifications. Collaborate with inventors and technical teams, develop knowledge of patent law and industry standards, and conduct research across engineering and science domains.
