Prosecute patent applications across Indian, European, U.S., U.K., PCT, and international jurisdictions. Review invention disclosures, recommend filing decisions, gather inventor input, draft patent applications and office-action responses, formulate prosecution strategies, analyze patent portfolios, and collaborate with patent review committees and outside counsel. Mentor team members and provide guidance on technology-specific prosecution matters.

Skills Required
- Patent drafting and prosecution experience across multiple jurisdictions
- Proficiency prosecuting applications before the Indian Patent Office, EPO, USPTO, and UKIPO
- Good understanding of intellectual property systems and laws
- Ability to independently formulate office-action response strategies and draft complete responses
- Experience preparing and prosecuting U.S., U.K., PCT, EP, Indian, and international patent applications
- Ability to review invention disclosures and patent portfolios
- Ability to collaborate with technical inventors, patent counsels, review committees, and outside counsel
- Ability to mentor and guide team members on patent prosecution strategy
