I think we have an incredibly innovative product. We have the most powerful product for sure, powering most of the ports for all independent agents in the US. And we build it very well. We use the latest technologies. You might think I need to be at Microsoft or Netflix to be able to work on this kind of cool stuff, but you really don't. And it's not legacy technology. We're modernizing, continually evolving and the technology that we work with is really cool. And the people that we employ are empowered to build the right software with the right technologies and that means we have people who are investing in the future.

Epic Dashboards
Epic Dashboards is an interactive reporting and analytics capability embedded directly in Applied Epic to help customers answer their agency's most pressing business performance questions. Epic Dashboards identifies performance trends, organizational productivity, and other critical business drivers scoped for the specific needs and objectives of various leader and individual contributor roles.
A high-level landing page summarizes the performance, organizational productivity, and other critical business data available and most relevant to each agency role. It easily drills down into specific customer details or links to other role-related dashboards, saving time and clicking to sort through unnecessary data.
Applied Pay
Applied Pay is the industry's first cloud-based digital payments hub for the insurance industry, designed to streamline agency-billed premium collection. It integrates with systems like Applied Epic to automate workflows, reduce manual reconciliation, and offer secure, flexible payment options including ACH, credit cards, Apple Pay, and digital wallets.
Built with robust, scalable APIs that integrate fully with the Applied Epic and Applied CSR24 platforms and process payments fast and efficiently, reducing the workload needed for manual reconciliation by up to 45%.
