I think we have an incredibly innovative product. We have the most powerful product for sure, powering most of the ports for all independent agents in the US. And we build it very well. We use the latest technologies. You might think I need to be at Microsoft or Netflix to be able to work on this kind of cool stuff, but you really don't. And it's not legacy technology. We're modernizing, continually evolving and the technology that we work with is really cool. And the people that we employ are empowered to build the right software with the right technologies and that means we have people who are investing in the future.
