Coming into the space, I thought of insurance as a really boring, really slow, really manual field. But immediately after I learned more about Applied, I learned that this is a space that’s super exciting for someone in tech because something that is extremely manual and boring is like a goldmine for someone in tech, because that just means you have a lot of places where you can have improvement. You can integrate with AI and for the future, it’s just a great place to be right now.
