Manage a portfolio of Malaysian payroll clients, process end-to-end payrolls, import payroll data into payroll software, maintain records, handle client queries, ensure compliance with Malaysian payroll legislation and data protection, and identify process improvements.

Process subscription and usage billing (monthly and ad hoc) using NetSuite/SuiteBilling, ensure invoices are accurate by subsidiary/currency/address, resolve billing queries with customers and credit control, perform monthly revenue validation and reconciliations, and maintain customer and billing data accuracy with Finance Administrators.
