Prepare and file international personal income tax returns for a diverse client portfolio, determine tax residency and liabilities across jurisdictions, calculate social security positions, communicate with clients and tax authorities, monitor deadlines, review assessments and handle objections throughout service delivery.

Provide management accounting oversight for assigned subsidiaries: analyse transactions, prepare P&L, cash flow and variance reports, support budgeting/forecasting, ensure Dutch statutory compliance and tax (VAT), manage AP/AR/GL processes, and partner with operations and external advisors to improve controls and cost efficiency.

Manage end-to-end UK payrolls for a portfolio of clients, deliver accurate, timely payroll processing, host governance calls, prepare reports and calendars, maintain payroll manuals, answer and escalate queries, and ensure excellent customer service.
