Manage complex end-to-end Irish payrolls for a portfolio of clients, including payroll processing, tax and social declarations, ROS and MFF submissions, governance calls, compliance documentation, and client queries. The role requires accurate delivery, legislative knowledge, risk escalation, process improvement, and strong customer service. As a senior team member, the administrator also supports colleagues, shares technical knowledge, and helps ensure consistent payroll delivery across the department.

Coordinate global payroll delivery for a portfolio of clients, working with in-country partners to ensure accurate and timely processing. Responsibilities include customer communication, governance calls, performance reporting, payroll manuals, calendars, checklists, query resolution, and issue escalation. The role requires strong customer service, administration, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and proficiency with Excel and business systems. Payroll experience is advantageous, but training is provided.

Coordinate payroll delivery for APAC clients, working with in-country partners and independently processing Singapore, India, and Hong Kong payrolls. Manage payroll data flows, calendars, client setup, queries, governance reports, documentation, and client calls. Maintain accurate systems and processes, troubleshoot issues, ensure timely service delivery, and build strong client and partner relationships.
