Lead and manage German payroll delivery and implementations, oversee end-to-end payroll cycles, coach and develop local teams, ensure compliance with German payroll legislation, drive process improvements and customer service, and partner with HR, Finance, Product and Customer Success to scale operations.

Manage end-to-end payroll for a client portfolio, process monthly changes, review calculations, file payroll tax returns, advise clients on payroll/tax matters, prepare reports, monitor deadlines, and maintain client action lists while delivering excellent customer service.

Prepare and file international personal income tax returns, determine tax residency and liabilities across jurisdictions, calculate social security positions, analyze tax calculations, monitor deadlines, communicate with clients and tax authorities, review assessments, handle objections, and support end-to-end service delivery for a diverse client portfolio.
