The Strategist Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to clients and advisers, managing schedules, travel arrangements, and CRM updates for efficient operations.

Door-to-door canvassing to schedule no-cost Home Energy Assessments for the Mass Save Program. Knock on 60+ doors daily, travel to assigned neighborhoods (up to 1 hour), drive to locations (mileage reimbursed), attend team meetings, and convert conversations into scheduled assessments. Provide logistical and administrative support for Aftercare: coordinate move-in logistics, third-party vendors, landlord communication, in-person check/key handoffs across NYC, maintain Salesforce and tracking systems, reconcile receipts, assist with data entry and reporting, and support team operations during high-volume periods.

Lead the finance function for a multi-unit restaurant operator: deliver GAAP-compliant reporting and audits, budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash management, unit-level economics, financial systems and data infrastructure, and evaluate expansion and investment decisions in partnership with the CEO and Board.

Design, deploy, and optimize end-to-end banking processes and AI-driven workflows. Build integrations with core banking and third-party systems, ensure regulatory compliance and data governance, perform data analysis and dashboarding, model processes, and lead cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to drive technology adoption and continuous improvement.

Manage full-spectrum HR functions including DOT/FAA drug and alcohol program administration, benefits and COBRA administration, employee relations and performance management, onboarding, HR policy and compliance (I-9, state/federal reporting), supervise HR assistants, maintain HRIS and personnel records, and support recruitment and training efforts.
