Responsible for ensuring manufacturability and quality of automotive glass products by developing, optimizing, and documenting production processes. Duties include PFMEA and control plans, root cause analysis, machine setup/retrofit, process monitoring and optimization, supplier engagement, risk assessment, supporting maintenance, and continuous improvement using Lean principles. Role requires frequent cross-functional collaboration and travel to production plants.

Create high-concept visual designs and brand systems for TED across digital and print. Execute identities, marketing assets, event materials, and large-format print production. Collaborate across teams, present work, incorporate feedback, and maintain design systems and mechanicals from concept through vendor handoff.

Conduct scripted telephonic interviews with long-term care insurance applicants, accurately document medical and lifestyle history for underwriting, meet productivity (85%) and quality (96%) targets, and complete interviews per department guidelines in a professional, distraction-free environment.
