Manage full-cycle hiring, maintain candidate pipelines, partner with managers, deliver onboarding and training, conduct exit interviews, and provide in-studio, client-facing wellness support while traveling among locations.

Lead hands-on UX design across end-to-end product for investors, deal leads, and operations. Drive research-led strategy, evolve design systems, simplify regulated workflows, mentor product designers, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, data-informed experiences.

Manage and grow national customer accounts for contract manufacturing services. Maintain client relationships, develop new business, analyze sales and competitor trends, create proposals and pricing, collaborate with technical services, attend trade shows, and travel to resolve supplier/customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable sales margins.

Lead and refine game designs across single‑player and multiplayer, coordinate with directors and producers on scope and schedule, manage level creation, iterate through development and post‑release, balance gameplay, mentor designers, establish best practices, and drive process improvements.
