Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new project opportunities, coordinate proposal and pre-qualification processes, present proposals, negotiate contracts, track bids, collaborate with operations and estimators, support marketing and safety compliance, and perform related administrative duties.

Lead and manage end-to-end federal proposal efforts: analyze solicitations, coordinate cross-functional contributors, write and edit technical proposals, ensure compliance, maintain proposal libraries and metrics, and support capture and transition activities.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and leadership, coordinate board and committee logistics and minutes, manage office operations and vendor relationships, handle scheduling and expense reports, maintain confidentiality, and identify process improvements.

Monitor security alerts from endpoint, email, and network tools; investigate and respond to incidents under supervision; assist with configuring protections, vulnerability scans, remediation, documentation, and reporting; collaborate with IT and SOC/MDR partners to improve defenses.

Build core infrastructure and ML models for a cloud-native IDE: architect the development environment, integrate with GitHub and Linear, fine-tune models, develop always-on AI agents, and design systems that continuously learn from user behavior.

Provide onsite front-line IT support at the Carmel corporate office, including hands-on support for C-suite executives, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, onboarding and device management, inventory and server room maintenance, supporting IT projects and occasional travel to auction sites, and delivering excellent customer service.

Supervise daily routing, scheduling, and delivery analysis; lead procurement and forecasting; monitor and improve KPIs; drive process improvements and technology adoption; maintain structured, repeatable workflows and support cross-functional teams.
