About the Role

The Operations Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily scheduling, routing, and analysis of all sales and delivery operations for WP Beverages, while leading a team responsible for procurement and forecasting activities.

This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a structured, systematic environment. The ideal candidate brings a disciplined, process-driven mindset and is focused on executing consistent, accurate, and efficient operational workflows.

Success in this position comes from balancing strong analytical execution with clear, direct communication and an ability to build trusting relationships across teams. The individual will proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance while maintaining stability and consistency in day-to-day operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute daily routing, scheduling, and delivery analysis
  • Lead procurement and forecasting processes to support sales operations
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) through detailed analysis
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and technology adoption
  • Ensure workflows are structured, repeatable, and executed with consistency
  • Support cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and service expectations
  • Maintain a stable and organized operational environment while adapting to necessary changes
  • Other Duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, fleet, or sales operations (supervisory preferred; will train the right candidate)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, routing systems, and forecasting/procurement tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced but structured environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills Required
