Leads grants, strategy, partnerships, program development, and innovation initiatives from opportunity identification through funding, launch, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability. Oversees grant portfolios, develops public and private proposals, builds cross-sector partnerships, manages complex projects, and ensures measurable community impact. Advises executive leadership using systems thinking, evidence, financial analysis, community input, and risk assessment.

Provides senior-level legal and corporate governance support, including maintaining entity records, managing subsidiaries, preparing board materials, handling securities and regulatory filings, supporting transactions, tracking litigation and subpoenas, managing contract databases, and coordinating with internal teams, outside counsel, and regulators. The role also supports stock plan administration, compliance documentation, deadlines, and legal operations.

Process bi-weekly payroll, audit timekeeping and PTO records, manage deductions and tax withholdings, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding, administer benefits, support recruiting and employee engagement, respond to HR inquiries, and assist with QuickBooks Online data entry, compliance reporting, and process improvements.

Coordinates third-party reports and loan closings for complex commercial real estate loans, including flood, environmental, and title reports. Reviews title policies, escrow documentation, legal entity structures, lien perfection, real property insurance, and environmental assessments. Collaborates with internal banking groups, vendors, and service providers while providing guidance to Title and Escrow Coordinators and supporting accurate, timely commercial loan execution.

Develops and administers quality assurance programs for consumer lending, verifies loan data and documentation, monitors regulatory compliance, identifies process improvements, and reports audit findings and trends to management. The role maintains lending policy knowledge, supports AML/BSA compliance activities, meets service-level and regulatory timelines, and recommends corrective actions.

Leads end-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay operations across multiple entities and ERP systems. Manages invoice processing, vendor relationships, payment governance, expense and card programs, reconciliations, month-end close, controls, reporting, and audits. Develops and coaches the AP team while driving automation, standardized workflows, KPI development, root-cause resolution, and integration of acquired businesses.

Handles PATH’s accounts payable, client funds, cash management, and related accounting activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling purchase orders, preparing checks and deposits, managing petty cash, recording journal entries and banking transactions, running reports, maintaining vendor records, preparing 1099 statements, correcting billing discrepancies, and supporting month-end close and general ledger activities.

Provides administrative and operational support to multiple departments and executive leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel planning, correspondence and mail management, communications, report and presentation preparation, meeting logistics, special projects, cross-functional support, and occasional off-campus errands. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, multitasking, and proficiency with office software.
