The Senior Specialist will lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday Financials, focusing on core financial operations and compliance.

Provides onsite and remote technical support for workstations, software, printers, networks, servers, wireless systems, and peripherals. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ads inventory forecasting, underwriting, and simulation systems. Work with large-scale data and distributed systems (low-latency, high-throughput), productionize ML models and optimization algorithms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enable forecasting and simulation use cases for Sales, Pricing, and Science stakeholders.

Build and operate scalable ML-powered advertising measurement platforms (Brand Lift, Incrementality, Attribution). Develop distributed data processing systems, productionize models, collaborate with data scientists, and implement backend services and data pipelines to deliver privacy-safe, scientifically rigorous ad measurement.

Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and agent-driven workflows; design scalable architectures; improve developer velocity, tooling, and product quality; apply AI-native engineering practices; collaborate on core product experience and execute high-leverage work with strong ownership.

Own strategic customer relationships and lead deployment of AI workflows into supplier operations. Map customer SOPs and data sources, identify high-ROI AI opportunities, translate needs into product and implementation requirements, drive adoption, partner with product/engineering, build playbooks, track value, and surface expansion opportunities across global teams.

Own full sales cycle into home health, hospice, SNF, and staffing operators: self-source pipeline and outbound, run discovery, demos, negotiation and close, represent Levo at events and in-territory, provide product feedback, and build long-term operator relationships.
