The Support Operations Engineer will execute and maintain enablement content for onboarding and training in a SaaS environment. They will manage content delivery, track progress, and improve instructional materials based on feedback and performance metrics.

Provide strategic legal counsel to Vitera leadership on commercial, product, technology, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, SaaS, data-sharing, and vendor agreements. Structure partnerships across the defined contribution ecosystem, mitigate legal and regulatory risk, support product and operations implementation, coordinate with outside counsel (including ERISA specialists), and contribute to governance, policy, and communications review.

Lead Fathoms communications and external affairs to grow brand and advance AI policy. Oversee content creation, media relations, rapid response, coalition messaging, editorial calendar, and executive thought leadership. Build and manage the communications team, budget, and external vendors while aligning messaging across research, legislation, and coalition partners. Serve on leadership team reporting to the CEO.

Administer and optimize Salesforce and related databases, maintain data integrity, build declarative automations, provide user support and training, manage integrations and tickets, coordinate IT projects, update SOPs, and liaise with vendors to improve workflows.

Sell courseware and digital learning solutions to colleges and universities in Business & Economics. Build pipeline, meet sales targets, engage campus stakeholders via in-person and virtual selling, use CRM and analytics to drive strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans and improve learner outcomes.

The Digital Editor will refine stories, optimize content, collaborate with reporters, manage editorial schedules, and ensure adherence to style guidelines while leveraging data insights for improvements.

Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Experience Clouds using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and declarative tools. Perform code reviews, testing, integrations, production troubleshooting, mentor developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support DevOps and secure federal healthcare platform delivery.

Lead creative vision and execution across client accounts, develop integrated campaigns (print, digital, social, video, OOH), present to clients, manage a small design team and freelancers, drive creative for pitches and business development, and contribute to firm marketing and profitability.

Remote freelance role translating and copy-editing English (en-US) into Hebrew (he-IL) for marketing, product, support, informational and light legal content. Ongoing project with ~500–1,000 words/week, using a client-specific CAT tool (training provided). Requires strong language skills, translation experience, attention to detail, and reliability to meet deadlines.
