Build and maintain relationships with business owners and leaders to sell PEO solutions. Research client needs, present tailored proposals, manage pipeline with CRM, move prospects through the sales process, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams. Stay informed on industry and competitive trends.

Support governors on public safety and criminal justice policy by providing technical assistance, organizing and facilitating events, developing policy briefs and resources, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering written and verbal guidance to state policymakers.

Lead implementation and management of the CLSD grant, serving as primary liaison to OSSE. Oversee grant compliance, reporting, timelines, external consultants, family and stakeholder engagement, and data-driven continuous improvement to strengthen adolescent literacy across the school.
