Provide advanced administrative support for a department: manage office workflows, supervise/ train staff, monitor and reconcile budgets, process personnel and financial forms, prepare confidential correspondence and reports, assemble data and presentations, schedule meetings and travel, serve as liaison to internal and external stakeholders, and perform other related duties with a high degree of independence.

Coordinate land development projects by managing documentation, permitting correspondence, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; prepare applications/reports/contracts; maintain project financials and PM tools (Newforma, MS Office); coordinate field work, consultants, and project meetings to keep projects on track and support project managers.

Support Federal Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Partnerships by tracking legislation, researching policy, drafting memos and external communications, staffing congressional and coalition meetings, attending hearings and coalition calls, maintaining contact lists, and helping with advocacy event logistics.

Design and implement high-performance 4D world and scene representation systems for multi-agent simulation. Build spatial data structures, mapping and geometry pipelines, and low-latency C++ systems. Drive architecture, API design, cross-team integration, profiling and optimization, and mentor engineers to meet autonomy stack requirements across air, ground, and maritime domains.
