This position may be filled remotely, or in any of our locations.
The Litigation Technology Analyst is responsible for providing support on all litigation applications, including in-house applications. Essential functions include:
- Work with Litigation Technology Case Managers to develop technology solutions to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Assist Litigation Technology Case Managers with technical aspects of the overall planning and management of litigation/discovery projects.
- These projects include, but are not limited to: database creation and maintenance, processing of electronic discovery, data conversion/formatting, loading of various data types into document databases, preparing data for case team review, troubleshooting software issues, troubleshooting data received from outside sources and exports from internal databases, verifying data integrity, updating project tracking logs and complying with established standards for quality control and application use.
- Use of critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities to formulate cost effective solutions for time sensitive matters.
- Travel required as needed.
- Perform iPhone collections.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- 2-year degree or commensurate work experience required; 4-year degree preferred.
- 3-5 years' relevant experience required, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical experience within a law firm or litigation support vendor preferred.
- Knowledge of office equipment including high speed scanners, copiers and printers preferred.
- Demonstrate advanced computer and database technology skills.
- Must pay attention to details and have the ability to follow up and follow through.
- Must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be team-oriented and able to share information, goals, and opportunities.
- Ability to be a proactive, self-starter, who understands the details within a much larger context.
- Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple detailed tasks.
- Flexibility with days and hours scheduled. This position may be required to handle after-hours requests on an as-needed basis.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule providing assistance to customers after normal business hours.
- Technical knowledge and experience in the following software preferred:
- MS Office Suite/O365
- Transcript Software
- IPro Suite
- Nuix
- Relativity

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:
- State of California: $70,000 - $142,000
- State of Colorado: $64,000 - $114,000
- State of Illinois: $63,000 - $122,000
- State of Massachusetts: $70,000 - $133,000
- State of Maryland: $68,000 - $102,000
- State of Minnesota: $70,000 - $115,000
- Jersey City, NJ: $76,000 - $137,000
- State of New York: $65,000 - $140,000
- State of Vermont: $69,000 - $132,000
- State of Washington: $68,000 - $128,000
- Washington, D.C.: $90,000 - $132,000
The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
