Provide legal administrative support including attorney time entry and pre-bills, drafting and formatting legal documents, preparing expense reports and new business memos, maintaining electronic files and contacts, scheduling and travel assistance, mailings and binder creation, research, backup coverage for colleagues, and special projects.

Manage and execute marketing programs for litigation practice teams: coordinate team meetings, handle RFPs and proposal prep, maintain website and collateral, plan client events, support PR/communications and lateral integration, track practice activity, conduct competitive research, and assist group leadership on business development initiatives.

Conduct community outreach and marketing to generate patient referrals for mobile primary, palliative, and hospice services. Analyze market potential, develop and implement marketing plans, visit referral sources (physician offices, hospitals, assisted living, SNFs), attend meetings, assist office staff, and provide community education.
