Provide high-level administrative support to DX Finance executives: manage complex calendars, communications, meetings and video conferencing; coordinate team logistics and events; process expenses and assist with department budget tracking using Concur and SAP/Casual Buyer; handle confidential information; support onboarding and office operations. Required to be on-site four days per week and partner with finance executive support across the organization.

Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, harmonize KPIs, optimize ERP/MES and advanced planning (MPS/MRP/finite scheduling), host global forums, deploy digital tools, and ensure GMP-compliant, data-driven operations across multi-site pharmaceutical/CDMO environments.

Develop and write grant proposals, research and recommend funding opportunities, manage grant calendars and post-award reporting, collaborate with program and finance teams on budgets and evaluations, ensure compliance with funder requirements, and support overall fund development efforts to secure funding for organizational programs.

Lead multi-region multifamily operations with aggregate P&L ownership, directing Regional Directors to drive occupancy, revenue, NOI, expense control, resident retention, capital planning, compliance, and operational standards across the portfolio. Partner with asset management and ownership on acquisitions, dispositions, and value-creation while building regional leadership, systems adoption, and process improvements.

Provide custody services and act as primary client/advisor contact for high-net-worth and institutional relationships. Process cash management, trade instructions, account openings/closings, gifts, and reconciliations; ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of trade fails and client requests. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and operations to support onboarding and client satisfaction.
