Job Summary:
Responsible for performing Criminal/Civil Background Screenings and Diligent Search in accordance with Chapters 39, 65, 435 and Department of Children and Families Policy.
Job Duties:
- Serve as primary contact for Live Scan clients; includes the scheduling of appointments and physical process of capturing fingerprints
- Collects any necessary documentation, personal information, live scan data or fees required for administration of Livescan and other pertinent background screening services.
- Assist in Diligent Searches
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
Experience: Four years computer work experience required. Law or Criminal Justice knowledge preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Valid driver’s license.

- Clear a reference check.
- Clear a local background check from the County in which you reside.
- Clear a substance abuse screen.
- Provide a copy of all degrees prior to your first day of employment.
