Leads CRM technology programs and teams responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining CRM systems. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and business units on CRM strategies, campaigns, customer data insights, and channel integrations. Oversees CRM technology selection, data architecture, infrastructure alignment, project execution, staff mentoring, and senior-management reporting.

Analyze large operational, financial, and engineering datasets to identify trends and performance drivers. Build and maintain dashboards and reports, develop SQL extractions, investigate data quality, support systems integrations and automation, and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional leadership to drive continuous improvement and operational performance.

Own the strategy and product roadmap for Robinhood’s third-party integration platform serving registered investment advisors. Prioritize APIs, AI-agent connectivity, developer tools, authentication, governance, and partner onboarding. Lead technical and commercial relationships with PMS, CRM, and AI-native advisor technology vendors. Translate partner needs into engineering requirements, manage integration prioritization and access frameworks, and align integration initiatives with Robinhood’s next-generation custody platform.

Develops and manages social media content and calendars for Busch Gardens across owned channels. Responsibilities include content production, editing, community management, influencer programs, brand monitoring, social reporting, asset library organization, and coordinating creative shoots with agencies and internal teams. Partners with Marketing, PR, Communications, and Guest Services to increase awareness, engagement, revenue, and integrated brand storytelling.

Manage procurements and contracts from solicitation through closeout for construction, services, goods and rail projects. Prepare solicitations, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, administer contracts, conduct compliance audits, perform cost/price analysis, maintain contract database, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Design and develop filling and packaging machinery from components to complete assemblies. Create CAD models, BOMs, drawings, and engineering documentation; validate prototypes, support fabrication, testing, field evaluations, and continuous design improvements. Provide manufacturing guidance and occasional domestic/international travel for installations and acceptance.

Coordinate and manage attorneys' calendars for hearings, depositions, mediations, and conferences. Handle heavy telephone scheduling, secure vendors (videographers, interpreters), perform e-filing/e-service, and maintain organization and time management. Support Workers' Compensation team; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation preferred.

Lead and grow customer analytics practice in Communications, Media & Technology. Define strategies, develop thought leadership, and communicate analytics value. Lead and deliver large-scale, complex client engagements, focusing on customer analytics delivery, CRM modeling, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Support talent acquisition and onboarding by sourcing candidates, partnering with program leaders and HR, coordinating offer-to-start onboarding (documents, background checks, HRIS setup), maintaining candidate relationships, recommending recruiting strategies, and assisting retention and volunteer staffing initiatives.

Provide day-to-day HR administration and full employee lifecycle support for a stadium venue: recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, investigations, compliance, benefits and event-based HR support.
