The Legal Scheduling Coordinator is a member of the Workers Compensation Legal team and is responsible for supporting the attorneys by coordinating and managing their schedules. This individual must be detailed-oriented, have great time management, and organizational skills.
Job responsibilities:
- Set hearings, depositions, mediations and phone conferences.
- Heavy telephone use and calendaring of appointments.
- Handle the scheduling of all depositions and client meetings.
- Secure videographer and interpreters when needed.
- Have knowledge of the court system, including but not limited to, electronic filing (e-filing) and electronic e-service.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation is preferred.

Skills Required
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to set hearings, depositions, mediations, and phone conferences and manage attorney calendars
- Experience handling high-volume telephone use and calendaring appointments

- Knowledge of court system procedures including e-filing and electronic e-service
- Experience scheduling depositions and client meetings; ability to secure videographers and interpreters
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation
