The Senior Order Manager oversees the lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement processes.

Monitor real-time contact center activity, manage service escalations, produce intraday and productivity reports, analyze forecast vs. actuals, identify scheduling gaps, and provide performance insights to WFM, operations, and client stakeholders.

Provide second- and third-level technical support for FRFS Connectivity Testing and Integration, coordinate customer onboarding and network testing, manage technical projects, maintain test lab environments, document procedures, troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, liaise with customers/vendors/internal teams, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Provide onsite technical support for emergency vehicle lighting systems: troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues; build and configure custom lightbars in the Lightbar Builder; manage returns, warranty evaluation, and replacement orders; support sales, engineering, and production with documentation, PPAP, training, and product testing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Review and revise property loss estimates (flooring, water mitigation, roofing, general construction) using Xactimate or similar. Validate scope, pricing, diagrams, and line items; manage review queue to meet SLAs; communicate with contractors and insurance reps; provide technical feedback and guidance to improve estimate quality.

Lead development, documentation, and standardization of project delivery processes for the Project Operations and Risk group. Drive process improvement initiatives, create process maps and job aids, coach process owners, manage prioritization and resourcing, and develop change management plans to ensure consistent adoption across regional operations.

Analyze and administer enterprise network and systems infrastructure: capacity forecasting, monitoring, CMDB integrity, change/incident/problem metrics (ITIL), support SOC helpdesk, document moves/changes, provide design/audit recommendations, and troubleshoot/resolve complex network and system issues.

Lead and manage academic and business operations for a virtual elementary school, ensuring programs meet state standards. Oversee and evaluate teaching and administrative staff, develop and implement Academic Improvement Plans, coordinate with teachers, families, and enrollment, ensure legal and special education compliance, track performance metrics, and support virtual learning technologies.

Review commercial loan files for completeness and regulatory compliance, examine collateral/title/UCC/insurance, identify and enter or remove covenant exceptions, ensure lien perfection, stay current on regulations, and assist with special projects.

Serve as strategic partner to the GM and NA leadership team to build the commercial operating system, lead forecasting and planning, deliver executive reporting and analytics, align demand with supply, improve commercial processes and enablement, support multi-channel performance and product launch readiness, and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial performance.
