Lead Keshet’s individual giving work by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors nationwide; manage a donor portfolio, work with executive leadership and board, use Salesforce CRM, plan donor events, and drive fundraising strategy to meet goals while partnering across programs and communications.

Coordinate JCamp 180 programs, grants, and consulting services: manage project timelines, logistics, budgets, vendor invoices, participant communications, Salesforce and SharePoint data, conference planning, and grant administration while supporting consultants and the Director.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a school: answer phones, greet visitors, maintain student records (attendance, health, immunizations), manage Skyward data, support admissions/enrollment, coordinate field trip logistics, maintain office supplies/equipment, administer basic first aid/medications, prepare reports/forms, and attend trainings and staff meetings.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for Head Start services: greet visitors, route calls, translate English/Spanish, manage clerical tasks, maintain records, handle mail and supplies, support HR, and uphold confidentiality and professional conduct.

Manage and reconcile revenue from donations, admissions, events, retail, and F&B; track and report restricted and grant funds; prepare journal entries, reconciliations, grant billings, audit support, and month-end close tasks; coordinate with departments to ensure accurate donor and revenue records and maintain grant compliance documentation.

Manage day-to-day financial operations, fund accounting, monthly reporting, audits, tax filings (Form 990), budgeting, investment and banking relationships, accounts receivable/payable, fixed asset records, and financial reporting for the board and leadership. Coordinate full grant lifecycle and fundraising efforts: research funding, write proposals, manage compliance and reporting, support donor stewardship, and co-lead events and campaigns to secure funding and partnerships.

Oversee day-to-day program operations including timekeeping, client flow, scheduling, supplies, facilities, billing, and reception. Supervise and coach Operations Team, set measurable goals, ensure regulatory compliance, manage outreach and client engagement, maintain documentation and reporting, coordinate IT and facilities, and implement process improvements to meet performance targets.
