The Staff Accountant is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, financial record maintenance, audits, and reporting. Key tasks include invoice processing and financial document organization.

Provide customer support and order processing via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot, document interactions, manage Zendesk tickets, process orders/returns, track shipments, assist sales with outbound calls, and maintain product and policy knowledge.

Work is project-based with per-deliverable payments from July–Dec 2026.

Lead membership sales and retention by creating recruitment strategies, conducting tours/onboarding, tracking KPIs, managing Welcome Center staff, coordinating community outreach and events, overseeing budgets and promotions, and driving member engagement and fundraising.

Lead strategic vision and implementation for public affairs, government relations, community engagement, and issue advocacy. Manage and develop Public Affairs and Community Relations leadership teams, set workplans and budgets, serve as spokesperson and coalition representative, and coordinate legal and policy priorities to protect and expand reproductive health access across Wisconsin.

Provide front-desk customer service: check-in members, handle phone inquiries, process membership and program enrollments, resolve member concerns, maintain lobby cleanliness, complete abuse-prevention and first-aid trainings, and support member retention.
