Lead and execute all fundraising activities including major gifts, planned giving, grants, direct mail, events, and marketing. Manage a small development team, donor portfolios, Bloomerang-driven campaigns, and the department budget to meet fundraising goals in partnership with the CEO and board.

Manage day-to-day gift processing in Raiser's Edge, record and acknowledge donations, reconcile with Finance, track matching gifts, maintain acknowledgement templates and documentation, generate pledge reminders, manage event participant reporting, and support donor data updates and special projects.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions in Salesforce and Power BI; support Salesforce administration and marketing data processes; assist Microsoft Fabric data integration, ETL/validation, and basic SQL querying; document data flows, gather requirements, improve processes, and support data quality and governance across departments.

Lead and manage Epic application analysts, technical analysts, and interface specialists through build, integration, testing, change management, upgrades, and production support. Partner with project and clinical leaders to meet milestones, resolve integration issues, and plan system capacity, upgrades, and patches. Ensure certification progress, configuration metrics, and cross-application validation events succeed.

Support digital fundraising by setting up email sends, building HubSpot and WordPress landing and donation pages, assisting with SMS, website, and social media acquisition, writing/editing email copy, and tracking fundraising metrics. Remote, part-time internship (10–15 hrs/week).

Lead statewide digital organizing: develop and execute digital content and volunteer recruitment strategies, advise leadership, coach regional directors, analyze trends and metrics, and run virtual trainings to mobilize voters.
