Provide program coordination and administrative support for Love Mercy Do Justice: plan and run ministry initiatives and events, manage communications and social media, support grant administration (Foundant), perform basic bookkeeping, compile program data and reports, maintain procedures and calendars, and support cross-ministry collaboration.

Greet and assist students, staff, parents, and visitors in English and Spanish; manage visitor sign-in, phone, and email; perform clerical tasks (scheduling, records, data entry, mail); collect funds and distribute materials; coordinate dismissals, aftercare, and field trip support; assist student health room and emergencies; support events and logistics and other administrative duties. Background check required. Full-time, 9:45 am–6:00 pm.
