Lead all aspects of a full-service YMCA branch (~$2.7M operations), including financial management, membership and program growth, staff recruitment and development, fundraising ($80K goal), facility and aquatics oversight, safety and compliance, volunteer and board engagement, and community partnership building to advance the YMCA mission.
