Supports Redwood Coast PACE financial operations through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reimbursement analysis, regulatory filings, KPI reporting, audits, and pharmacy benefit manager reconciliations. Collaborates with leadership, operational teams, vendors, auditors, and regulatory partners to provide accurate financial insights and support program performance.

Manage the full grant lifecycle for the Tribe: budgets, financial reporting, compliance with OMB/uniform guidance, tracking grants, coordinating proposals, audits, and serving as liaison to funders.

Leads the nonprofit’s accounting and finance function, overseeing financial controls, cash flow, budgeting, audits, payroll, grant accounting, restricted funds, multi-entity reporting, and regulatory compliance. Supervises accounting staff, prepares financial statements and fiscal reports, manages month-end close and complex journal entries, supports audits and grant reimbursements, and advises leadership and the board on financial matters.

Maintains electronic client records by organizing, preparing, scanning, indexing, and quality-checking documents in compliance with retention requirements. Supports audit preparation and provides front desk coverage, including greeting visitors, scheduling conference rooms, and coordinating meeting arrivals. Performs routine clerical duties using computers and office equipment while maintaining accurate records and cooperative working relationships.

Performs advanced grant and revenue accounting, including Medicaid billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, budget monitoring, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance. Manages complex grant and contract portfolios, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, supports internal controls, and advises finance and program leadership on funding requirements and risks.

Coordinates community outreach, public relations, educational programs, CPR courses, recruitment outreach, and community events. Manages staffing, vendors, logistics, promotional materials, communications, stakeholder relationships, budgets, inventory, and event documentation. Partners with public information, HR, clinical, and operations teams; tracks participation, expenses, and outcomes. Provides community presentations and supports advocacy initiatives while maintaining records and communications.
