Lead IT strategy and operations for a multi-site nonprofit: oversee MSP, infrastructure, networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, identity, cybersecurity, ITSM, AI readiness, budgets, vendor management, and disaster recovery to enable secure, scalable services and data-informed decisions.

Work directly with the CEO to capture, create, and publish short- and long-form social and thought-leadership content. Film, edit, write, and repurpose video and written assets, manage an editorial calendar, monitor performance, and travel with the CEO to capture live content while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide frontline IT support for faculty, staff, and students: troubleshoot and repair hardware/software, manage classroom AV, configure systems and applications, train users, maintain logs and knowledge base, and escalate complex issues.

Lead a team of four accountants to manage day-to-day accounting operations, serve as hands-on backup for transactional work, oversee grant and government contract financial management, ensure month-end close and GAAP-compliant reporting, manage tax filings (1099, CA Sales & Use), improve processes in Financial Edge NXT and Excel, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage and backup systems; implement security policies and identity management; automate operations with scripting; lead infrastructure projects, disaster recovery planning, system audits, and provide escalation support to ensure reliable campus IT services.
