Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, BI and financial modeling. Provide executive reporting, variance analysis, KPI development, and support M&A, lender and sponsor reporting. Lead business intelligence, reporting, and revenue operations using Qualifacts Credible EMR. Build dashboards, automate reports, ensure data governance, manage billing workflows, liaise with Qualifacts RCM, monitor billing performance and compliance (Medicaid/CCBHC), support audits, supervise reporting and revenue staff, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-informed financial and operational decisions.

Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, family, and institutional donors. Build tailored cultivation/solicitation plans, prepare proposals and stewardship reports, track activity in Salesforce, collaborate with leadership on transformational and planned gifts, and support fundraising for GIFT IX and Equity Imperative 2030 priorities.
