Leads the Institute’s accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, budgeting, forecasting, grant compliance, audits, and financial reporting. Performs regulatory compliance audits and inspections of Tribal gaming operations. Paid digital fellowship for Pennsylvania college students/residents creating short-form video and static social content to mobilize Gen-Z voters for the 2026 elections. Fellows (15–20 hrs/week) film, edit, post minimum eight short videos weekly across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, build regional strategies, and engage peers both online and in-person from late January through November 13, 2026.

Leads complex enterprise implementation engagements from discovery through delivery and transition. Translates customer requirements into solution designs, workflows, implementation plans, and technical recommendations; coordinates cross-functional teams, manages milestones and risks, facilitates governance, and supports customer onboarding and adoption. The role also develops implementation frameworks, transition plans, and knowledge-transfer materials while serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
