Your Goal:
This position is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical care for the patients of Greater Family Health.
How You’ll Help Patients:
Successfully processes revenue and accounts receivable information according to Greater Family Health policies and procedures.
- Successfully processes accounts payable information according to Greater Family Health policies and procedures.
- Prepares accurate, timely financial reports on a consistent basis.
- Efficiently maintains and prepares all financial materials in preparation for audits.
- Assists with monthly financial statements including standard and adjusting journal entries.
- Makes recommendations to develop, improve, and update the Center’s financial systems and procedures as necessary.
- Gathers necessary information for completion of regulatory and grant reports.
- Provides successful stewardship of Greater Family Health’s assets.
- Reports to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor.
- Engages in all offered training, consultations and supervisions made available. Fully and professionally respond to and implement directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is highly preferred. Associate's degree in finance or accounting is required. CPA preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Working knowledge of PC-based and automated accounting systems and electronic spreadsheets.
