As the CRM Manager for North America at Too Good To Go, you will develop and implement strategies for user engagement and B2B lead generation, focusing on retention and loyalty while optimizing CRM tools and processes.

Provide administrative support for fundraising and board activities; maintain organizational files (board, staff, supervisors, funding); manage correspondence, mail, reports, invoices, and check requests; prepare and distribute monthly board packets and support Executive Office as needed.

Serve as the museum's COO overseeing finance, accounting, HR, facilities, security, IT, risk management, visitor services, and vendor relations. Manage daily office operations and reception duties, support senior leadership with administrative tasks, coordinate travel, meetings, events, vendors, supplies, and records. Handle correspondence, conference room logistics, credit card reconciliations, expense processing, and support board/administrative documentation while maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Support the PJ Our Way book selection process from submission to publication by coordinating committee meetings, managing Submittable submissions, tracking reviews, communicating with authors/publishers, and maintaining records. Assist digital content by drafting blog posts, coordinating website content, and moderating comments. Lead Kids' Advisory Committee operations, manage mailings, and support Books Team systems including Salesforce, Concur, and internal libraries.

Supervise the SNAP Quality Control (QC) Unit, coordinate and audit SNAP case reviews, ensure case accuracy and validity, eliminate bias, interpret policy, provide training, re-review cases, approve assignments, and directly supervise Program Field Representatives conducting randomized QC field reviews. Occasional travel and valid driver’s license required.

Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning for early childhood educators; manage LMS (LearnWorlds); oversee IACET accreditation; develop strategic workforce initiatives, partnerships, and events; supervise Education Support Team; use data to drive continuous improvement and ensure training quality and compliance.

Provide employee relations guidance and support to management and staff; investigate complaints and grievances; ensure compliance with employment laws; develop policies and training; maintain confidential records; analyze trends and participate in HR projects to improve engagement.
