Manage end-to-end workflows for global colocation infrastructure: define system requirements, build capacity and demand models, translate physical constraints into planning inputs, align cross-functional stakeholders, own data controls and reporting, partner with Anaplan/modeling teams, and use SQL to audit and validate data.

Lead Sales Operations for Expansion product lines, build AI-driven automated workflows and lead-scoring models, design scalable GTM processes, run funnel analytics, manage a small team, and present findings to execs.

Perform high-quality document preparation and scanning to meet daily production goals. Perform and monitor complex audits within a lending area to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identify and document deficiencies, report findings, analyze trends, recommend process improvements, assist implementation, provide training to junior staff, and escalate risk issues as needed. Maintain internal control standards and support remediation of audit and regulatory items.

Partner with go-to-market teams to build automations, processes, dashboards, and analytics that streamline sales operations, inform experimentation, and drive revenue growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, implement end-to-end solutions, and lead reporting and KPI design.
